Is this a formal appraisal?
No — and every report says so plainly. This is planning-stage analysis for the conversations that happen years before (and around) a transaction. For litigation, IRS filings, or deals requiring a defensible valuation, the report itself directs clients to a credentialed appraiser (ABV, ASA, CVA).
Will my client see ValueAI Pro's branding?
Your firm name, logo, color, and "Prepared by" line lead every report you generate. A discreet "Powered by ValueAI Pro" note appears once. Reports are never emailed to your client automatically — presenting is yours.
What happens to my client's financial data?
