1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ValueAI Pro ("the Service") at valueai.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of ValueAI Pro, operated by ValueAI Pro ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
ValueAI Pro provides AI-powered business valuation estimates based on financial information submitted by the user. Our reports use three valuation methodologies — Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis, market multiples, and asset-based valuation — combined with AI-generated narrative analysis.
We offer two report tiers:
- Per-Report ($199, one-time) — complete valuation report using DCF, market multiples, and asset-based methods; the interactive Valuation Scenario Planner (real-time scenario sliders); growth scenarios (Conservative / Base / Optimistic); industry benchmarks & peer comparisons; 4 strategic recommendations; ideal buyer profile & sale readiness assessment; range sensitivity analysis; full methodology & calculations appendix; AI-powered executive summary
- Subscribe ($349/month) — for advisors, CPAs, and CEPAs running planning conversations with multiple business-owner clients. Includes unlimited reports, the Valuation Scenario Planner across every client engagement, and a client repository to manage all reports and engagements in one place. No annual contract.
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required before report generation. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe's secure payment platform.
Refund policy: Because our reports are generated immediately upon payment using computational resources and AI processing, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at support@valueai.pro and we will resolve it promptly.
Upgrade pricing: Basic report holders may upgrade to a Detailed report for $70 (the difference in price) within a reasonable time after their original purchase.
4. Accuracy of Information
Our valuation reports are only as accurate as the financial information you provide. By submitting your business data, you represent that the information is reasonably accurate to the best of your knowledge. Deliberately submitting false or misleading information will result in an inaccurate report for which we bear no responsibility.
We use publicly available industry benchmarks, market multiples data, and AI-generated analysis. These benchmarks may not perfectly reflect conditions in your specific market, geography, or business circumstances.
5. Disclaimer — Not a Formal Appraisal
ValueAI Pro reports are informational tools, not formal business appraisals. Specifically:
- Our reports do not constitute a formal business appraisal as defined by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) or any equivalent standard
- Our reports are not a substitute for advice from a licensed business broker, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), or attorney
- Our reports should not be used as the sole basis for any significant financial transaction, including business sale, partnership buyout, estate planning, divorce proceedings, or SBA loan application
- Actual market value may vary significantly based on buyer/seller motivations, due diligence findings, current market conditions, and factors not captured in our analysis
For transactions over $500,000 or situations requiring legal or regulatory compliance, we strongly recommend engaging a licensed professional appraiser.
6. Intellectual Property
The valuation report generated for you is for your personal and business use only. You may share your report with advisors, potential buyers, or partners as part of your business planning activities.
You may not resell, republish, or commercially distribute ValueAI Pro reports or any portion of our service without written permission.
The ValueAI Pro name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValueAI Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or reliance on our reports or service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ValueAI Pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submission of inaccurate information, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
